That humble attention of all followers of Anand Marga of this Earth planet is arrested to the most urgent and unavoidable issues for the first time in the Human History in the interest of the proper set up of the Administrative System from Central Committee to the village Committee around the world including different Boards for its proper functioning, regulation, and controlling on the one hand and proper implementation and functioning of Master Unit and Neo Humanistic Education System under the different provisions of the Charyacharya part 1,2&3 to be run and regulated under AMPS, a social organization registered on 9 March 1964 (R.N.-S/6086/1963-64) by the Founder.
However , it is pertinent here to note and to take cognizance of the mechanism of the administrative system till 21st October 1990 from the very beginning of Anand Marg regulated by Shrii Anand Murtii alias Shri P. R. Sarkar which is quite different from what was to be set up according to the Charyacharya after its complete and final composition and its registration at the time of the first and the last amendment made in 1981 in AMPS.
The Founder of the Anand Marg Organization has completed the composition of the Constitution termed as Charyacharya in 1981 before registration of its finally revised edition with AMPS and having the Certificate of Religious Denomination from Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in 1982 on the ground of the contents of the Charyacharya principally.
People of Anand Marga have been kept in complete darkness regarding the Structural Mechanism of the administration of Anand Marg and regulation of AMPS together along with the functioning of different Boards and Committees with a view to check and balance the system.
It is a historical fact with a turning point in the History of Anand Marg that just after leaving the physical body of the Founder, total constitutional and intellectual properties have either been manipulated or disappeared or undergrounded under conspiracy to abolish the MISSION forever except existence of Anand Marg as religion instead of a DHARMA. We have happily been following the arbitrary directions of those who are indulged in destroying the foundation of Mission as agents of capitalism in our our dress dedicated to the Principle of destruction.
Further destructive elements during the course of their destructive activities have found themselves to be cought in the cobwebs of their own they have planned to disappear the file of AMPS from its Mother office with a view to conceal the documentary evidences and to defend their committed scams, corruption and illegalities after 21 October,1990.
The above mentioned facts and circumstances clearly witnessed by the fact that file of the AMPS with registered Charyacharya has been disappeared years ago and several false cases have been instituted falsely related to AMPS against the provisions of Charyacharya by unauthorized persons against unauthorized persons and keeping them pending deliberately and intensionally forver with hidden and illegal cooperation of involved and corrupt judicial and none judicial officers that is the reason why the concerned office of Purulia Civil Court has denied to furnish the sought information under Right to Information Act 2005 in response to the application filed dated on 2/3/024 seeking information on seven points related to the Title Suit No 305/2003 in the interest of the People violating the Fundamental Rights of the petitioner and depriving the people of their justice against the Constitution of india.
The following information has been denied to be supplied within the time limit despite the direction of the Central Information Commission New Delhi in defence of committed scams and corruption and the same is the case with Office of the Registrar of West Bengal State of the Indian Union.
1) The current status/stage of the above mentioned Title Suit Case No 305/2003
2) The ground on which the above mentioned case has not been finally disposed of with final judgement.
3) The true copy of the deed of AMPS No S/6086/1963-64 dated 9th March 1964, the basic documents for the institution of the concerned case.
4) The name of the Judicial Officers who have been assigned with the authority to deal with the concerned case mentioned above.
5) In case of non -availability of the basic document /true copy of the AMPS No S /6086/1963-64 in the files of the above mentioned case, kindly provide the date of withdrawal of the submitted documents.
6) The name and address of the petitioner who has withdrawn the basic documents from the record of the case, in case of non availability of the basic documents of the concerned Case mentioned above.
7) Certified copies of the licenses of the advocates appointed by both of the parties of above mentioned case.
Therefore, it is clear how the corrupt officials are indulged in scam,blackmailing, cheating, exploiting and deviating the Mission against which the head of the state /Governor has issued order to judicial enquiry and action but the Government of West Bengal has denied to make a compliance with the order with malafide intention to avoid investigation.
