1, Who is a Margii, ?

Ans – Those are Margiis who have got their initiation and follow 16 points for Self Building and the Charyacharya for Social Building and Yama – Niyama is the Mother of all Ideologies and Philosophies originally propounded by Lord Sada Shiva.

2, Who is an Acharya ?

Ans – An Acharya is the developed stage of a Tattvika who is competent in understanding entire philosophy and makes others understand the total philosophy and has completed all terms and conditions for being an Acharya as per defined rules and regulations . He must possess a Physical Certificate of an Acharya dully issued as per the provision well mentioned in the finally revised and finally registered Charyacharya in 1981 after proper examination by the competent authority. If anyone claims to be an Acharya without having authentic certificate with registration number and signatures of all the members of the Board of Examination dully issued, then he or she is not an Acharya but something else and same is the case with a Purodha , too.

3, What is Charyacharya and what is its significance?

Ans – It is not only the Social Philosophy but also the Common Constitution of all the Human Beings around the World which has been registered in 1964 for the first time at the time of registration of AMPS and finally in 1981 at the time of the first and the last Amendment of AMPS with Office of the Registrar of the Government of West Bengal.

4, What is legal entity of the Charyacharya ?

Ans – As already mentioned above the Charyacharya has been given its legal entity by the Government of India on the one hand and by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in 1981 at the time of awarding Religious Denomination Certificate to Ananda Marga on the ground of the contents of the Charyacharya basically apart from others . This is the a unique position and a unique legal entity of the Charyacharya that is registered not only by the Government of India but also by the Supreme Court of India and hence no amendment in it can be made either by any group or any anybody except the Founder of the Mission. Further registered Charyacharya cannot be amended before its implementation and before having permission of the Supreme Court of India for this.

5, What will be the Administrative Structure of Anand Marg?

Ans – According to the registered Charyacharya an administrative structure shall be set up from the Center to the village unit around the World for proper functioning and regulation, and controlling for carrying out all the liabilities with hundred percent transparency, accountability and fairness.

6,What is AMPS ?

Ans – it is an organization under Society Act registered in 1964 and established in 1955 and the Charyacharya is the integral part and parcel of it which will work as the living Constitution of AMPS . If Charyacharya is separated from it, it will not be the same AMPS and its legal entity will be abolished completely . Its principal purpose is to supply all basic needs like education, health, employment, shelters and other services for social welfare and social building.

7, Who is a Sadvipra ?

Ans – A Sadvipra is the final solution to all the challenges or problems of this World for establishment of an ideal social order by abolishing all kinds of discrimination and exploitations through the force of uncompromising zeal and spirit . No power of this World can defeat a Sadvipra and a Sadvipra is created not in any school and college but during the course of his /her Sangrama (struggle) for the establishment of the Mission.

8 , What is the legal entity of Anand Marga Organisation?

Ans – The Father of Anand Marga leaves his Physical Body on 21/10/1990 after completion of all the ideologies, philosophies, structures, basic material resources etc. The Neo Concept of Master Unit which is the mother for Man Making Mission has been introduced in 1989 for actual establishment of PROUT on internal scale for Margii Samaj for the first time at primary level but after leaving His Physical Body the Charyacharya / which is the constitution / intelectual property of the Mission has been disappeared keeping the people in complete darkness for decades to avoid the construction of Administration of Anand Marga on the one hand and implementation of the AMPS on the other hand for all round revolution of all.

9, How the Unity among margiis can be restored?

Ans-Those who talk about unity in Society without evaluating the grounds /factors/causes of disunity, are either cunning to avoid unity or are something else to abolish the Ideology. As it is well articulated that proper implementation of the Charyacharya can only bring unity among people and it is the only solution to all the problems.Those who talk about unity without a common target for having registered Charyacharya , they are loving abolition of the existence of the Ideologies.

10, How can we restore unity?

Ans – First of all we must launch our Movement for judicial enquiry against disappearance of the file of the registered Charyacharya and Deed of the AMPS. Once we receive it then we shall stand the Charyacharya. Here the standing of the Charyacharya means construction of the Administration of Anand Marga Organisation on the one hand and implementation of the AMPS on the other hand.

2. Restore the Charyacharya
  • Recommendation: Launch a legal campaign to request the reopening of the Charyacharya file and initiate a judicial inquiry into its disappearance.
  • Action: Submit a formal petition to the relevant authorities, including the Supreme Court of India, if necessary, to obtain access to the lost file and ensure the Charyacharya is restored in its original form.

3. Review the Legal Entity of Anand Marga
  • Recommendation: Advocate for the preservation and protection of Anand Marga’s legal entity as it is registered, ensuring that no group or individual can alter the structure without proper authorization.
  • Action: Establish a legal team within the organization to monitor any unauthorized attempts to modify the legal and philosophical structure of AMPS.
4. Strengthen AMPS Administration
  • Recommendation: Develop a clear administrative structure extending from the center to smaller units in villages and communities around the world.
  • Action: Create a global commission to draft a detailed guide on how to organize administration at different levels, ensuring transparency, accountability, and effective control.

5. Formation of Sadvipras
  • Recommendation: Strengthen training and spiritual development programs that allow individuals to become Sadvipras, capable of facing social challenges and helping to create an ideal social order.
  • Action: Implement training programs to prepare future Sadvipras in Charyacharya principles and related philosophies, as well as encouraging practice and commitment to social service.

6. Ensure the Authenticity of Acharyas
  • Recommendation: Establish a clear certification and verification system for all Acharyas and ensure that their credentials are transparent and valid.
  • Action: Create an online or physical registration and verification process for Acharyas, with the option to access their credentials and certificates in a public and verifiable manner.

7. Maintain the Integrity of Charyacharya
  • Recommendation: Ensure that any amendments or modifications to the Charyacharya are made only with the permission of the legal authorities and through a transparent process that respects the founder’s will.
  • Action: Regularly consult with legal experts and senior members of the organization to monitor any changes to the founding documents and ensure that all changes are in compliance with established regulations.

8. Promote AMPS’s Social Welfare Work
  • Recommendation: Encourage more social welfare projects that address essential needs such as education, healthcare, employment, and housing in local communities.
  • Action: Establish partnerships with local organizations and governments to launch health, education, and employment initiatives based on Charyacharya principles.

9. Implement Charyacharyaโ€™s Social Philosophy
  • Recommendation: Adopt Charyacharya’s social philosophy as a guide to resolving social and economic problems in Margii communities and beyond.
  • Action: Create working groups and committees dedicated to applying Charyacharya teachings in practical areas such as social justice, equality, and equitable resource distribution.

10. Judicial Action for Investigation
  • Recommendation: Develop a legal strategy for the investigation into the disappearance of the Charyacharya file and deed, involving lawyers specializing in religious rights.
  • Action: Gather evidence, testimonies, and historical documents to help reconstruct the lost file, requesting a judicial inquiry to restore transparency in AMPS’s management.

General Actions to Resolve the Issues:

  • Establish Transparent Leadership: Strong and transparent leadership is key to implementing these recommendations. Appoint competent leaders who can make informed decisions based on the principles of Charyacharya.
  • Promote Global Unity: Through conferences, meetings, and other means of communication, ensure that members worldwide understand the value of Charyacharya and work together for its restoration and implementation.
  • Periodic Reviews: Organize periodic reviews of the organizationโ€™s status and adherence to philosophical principles to ensure long-term goals are achieved.

These recommendations and actions provide a structured approach to address the key issues identified in the responses and ensure the restoration and strengthening of Anand Marga at a global level.
