Dear Margiis and Spiritual Brothers and Sisters,

Our Guru taught us that spirituality is not escape from the world, but courageous engagement with it โ€” guided by truth, compassion, and righteousness.

Ananda Marga was founded to serve humanity, to uplift the neglected, and to establish a society based on Neo-Humanism, justice, and universal welfare. Today, that sacred mission is being tested.

When truth is ignored, when injustice is tolerated, and when silence replaces conscience, Dharma is weakened.

This is a moment for collective awakening.

Not through anger.
Not through hatred.
But through clarity, unity, and fearless integrity.

Each sincere voice matters.
Each honest letter is an act of service.
Each peaceful demand for justice is spiritual practice in action.

By sharing these letters and expressing our concern respectfully, we are not creating division โ€” we are protecting Babaโ€™s vision.

We are standing for:

  • Truth over convenience
  • Justice over fear
  • Unity over silence
  • Service over self-interest

Let us remember:

โ€œSpirituality without social responsibility is incomplete.โ€

Now is the time to act with dignity and determination.

Write.
Share.
Support.
Stand together.

For Dharma.
For Humanity.
For the future of Ananda Marga.

With love, courage, and collective strength,
Jai Baba ๐Ÿ™

Subject: Urgent Constitutional and Public Appeal for Immediate Intervention in the AMPS Records Disappearance Case

Respected Madam President,
Respected Honโ€™ble Prime Minister,
Respected My Lord,

I respectfully submit this joint public and constitutional appeal in the interest of justice, transparency, and moral governance concerning the unresolved disappearance of official registration records of Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha (AMPS).

This appeal is made with profound respect for Indiaโ€™s foundational values of Dharma, Satya (Truth), Nyaya (Justice), and service to humanity, which have guided this nation as a moral and spiritual leader of the world.

This matter relates directly to the continued non-compliance with binding orders issued on behalf of the Honโ€™ble Governor of West Bengal:

  • Memo No. 379/1-SP dated 05/09/2024
  • Memo No. 749/1-SP dated 22/07/2025

Despite these lawful directives, the concerned authority, namely:

The Joint Secretary,
Judicial Department, Government of West Bengal,
Writerโ€™s Building, Kolkata โ€“ 700001,

has failed to implement them to date, apparently to conceal documentary evidence related to corruption, abuse of authority, and institutional misconduct.

This case is further connected with unresolved proceedings under the RTI Act, 2005, including:

  • RTI Application dated 02/03/2024
  • First Appeal dated 15/04/2024
  • Second Appeal dated 28/05/2024
  • Appeal No. 100.580 of 2024
  • WBIC Notice dated 23/12/2025
  • CIC Diary No. 1172/69/2024 dated 04/06/2024

These proceedings concern the disappearance of all registered files and constitutional records of AMPS, including the original registered Cโ€™aryacโ€™arya, which constitutes the legal and organizational foundation of the Mission worldwide.

The disappearance of these records has resulted in:

  • Breakdown of lawful governance,
  • Loss of institutional identity,
  • Manipulation of organizational structures,
  • Violation of devoteesโ€™ legal and spiritual rights,
  • Destabilization of humanitarian and welfare programs,
  • Systemic deception of followers and beneficiaries.

This situation involves serious violations of:

  • Sections 7(2), 19(8)(b), 20(1), 20(2) of the RTI Act, 2005,
  • Relevant provisions of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023,
  • Articles 14, 19(1)(c), 21, 38, 39, and 51A of the Constitution of India.

The continued failure to restore these records undermines equality before law, freedom of association, procedural fairness, social justice, and constitutional morality.

From both constitutional and spiritual perspectives, justice delayed is justice denied. When Adharma is tolerated, the moral foundation of society weakens. Silence in the face of injustice becomes a form of complicity.

This case affects millions of devotees and beneficiaries in India and across the world. It is not merely administrative. It represents a constitutional, moral, and spiritual crisis.

The disappearance of the registered Cโ€™aryacโ€™arya signifies the disappearance of the global constitutional framework of the Mission, leading to fragmentation, misinformation, and institutional capture.

In light of the above, I humbly and respectfully request your esteemed offices to:

  1. Enforce without delay the Governorโ€™s orders dated 05/09/2024 and 22/07/2025,
  2. Constitute an independent Judicial Inquiry Commission under a retired Supreme Court Judge,
  3. Recover, authenticate, and secure all original AMPS and Cโ€™aryacโ€™arya records,
  4. Ensure full protection for whistleblowers and affected members,
  5. Fix criminal and administrative responsibility on all guilty officials and individuals,
  6. Restore lawful, transparent, and ethical governance of the organization.

This matter represents a critical test of Indiaโ€™s commitment to Dharma, constitutional supremacy, institutional integrity, and social justice.

A decisive, transparent, and coordinated response will reaffirm public faith in democratic institutions and protect the spiritual and humanitarian heritage entrusted to this nation.

In the name of Truth, Dharma, and collective welfare, I humbly urge that this case be addressed with the urgency and seriousness it demands.

Thank you for your kind attention. I respectfully await a responsible institutional response.

With highest respect,

Sincerely,

Press Appeal: Missing AMPS Records and Defiance of Governorโ€™s Orders in West Bengal

To
Editors and Media Representatives

Subject: Press Appeal: Missing AMPS Records and Defiance of Governorโ€™s Orders in West Bengal

Respected Editors,

I write this appeal to bring public attention to a serious case involving missing public records, institutional misconduct, and prolonged administrative inaction in India.

This case concerns the disappearance of all registered files and constitutional documents of Ananda Marga Pracaraka Samgha (AMPS), including its original Cโ€™aryacโ€™arya.

Despite clear orders issued on behalf of the Honโ€™ble Governor of West Bengal:

  • Memo No. 379/1-SP dated 05/09/2024
  • Memo No. 749/1-SP dated 22/07/2025

The concerned authority has deliberately failed to comply.

Additionally, RTI proceedings since 2024 have been ignored or delayed:

  • Appeal No. 100.580 of 2024
  • WBIC Notice dated 23/12/2025
  • CIC Diary No. 1172/69/2024

These proceedings relate to the disappearance of vital public documents and alleged efforts to conceal corruption and abuse of authority.

The loss of these records has destabilized the lawful functioning of a global socio-spiritual organization serving millions of people, especially from weaker sections of society.

Despite repeated appeals, no transparent investigation has been conducted.

This raises serious concerns regarding:

  • Rule of law,
  • Accountability,
  • Religious and institutional freedom,
  • Protection of public assets.

I urge the media to investigate this matter independently and report it in the interest of democracy, transparency, and social justice.

Public awareness is essential to ensure that justice is not denied through silence.

Sincerely,
